Julian Doby, accident attorney for Wake County clients
Julian Doby is a North Carolina personal injury attorney, admitted to the State Bar in 1998. His office is in Graham, and he represents people hurt in Wake County crashes. The first meeting is by phone or video.
How I work on a case
In my own words: "The most important function of a personal injury attorney is to review insurance policies and current legislation to determine what policies could be stacked to provide maximum coverage for the client."
That is where every case starts. I read the policies and the crash report, then I tell the client what I see, including the problems. I will not promise an amount, because no attorney can honestly give one before the facts are in.
Where I practice
My office is at 110 W. Elm Street in Graham. I represent injured people across North Carolina. There is no Raleigh or Wake County office, so my first meeting with a client in Raleigh, Cary or another Wake County town is by phone or video. I also meet clients in person. My main firm site is juliandoby.com.
